Return & Exchange Policy

To guarantee long-term use of our products, we recommend that you carefully follow the instructions provided in the care card with each product. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be glad to offer you a refund or an exchange.
Refund / Exchange of Faulty Product
If the product you received is faulty or not as you ordered, please inform us via email at care@trends-alley.com.au. Trends Alley offers a free returns period of 30 days after the receipt of the order. We will gladly pay your money back or replace the product, no questions asked. Simply follow the steps below:

  • Please mention your order number in your email and details of the fault.
  • Courier the goods back to us. Once received, we will send you an email confirmation.
  • In case of a refund, we’ll pay you back according to your initial purchase method. Depending on your banking service provider, it may take a few days for the credit to show in your account.
  • In case of an exchange, we’ll send the replacement product to you within seven working days.

We shall bear standard shipping costs for the exchange/return of faulty products. All you have to do is email us a copy of the courier slip showing the charges, and we will adjust it in your account.
A Change of Mind – No Problem!
If you have changed your mind and would like a different colour or size, we will be happy to replace it for you subject to the following conditions:

  • The items are unused and undamaged
  • They are in their original condition, i.e. the packaging, labels, and tags are intact.
  • We will only process an exchange within 15 days of receiving the order.

For online exchanges, please follow the below-mentioned steps :

  • Email us at care@trends-alley.com.au, mentioning your order number along with the item that you would like to exchange and the item that you would like instead.
  • Courier the goods back to us. After you have done so, inform us via email, mentioning the parcel’s tracking number.
  • Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it to see if it is resalable and meets the above conditions. If the exchange is approved, we’ll notify you by email.
  • We’ll send you the replacement items within seven working days of receiving your package.
  • In case of a price difference for the new size/colour, we’ll credit the amount to you according to your initial purchase method. The amount may take a few days to credit to your account.

In this case, the customer will bear the shipping costs for both the returned item and the item sent in exchange by us.
