If you have changed your mind and would like a different colour or size, we will be happy to replace it for you subject to the following conditions:
- The items are unused and undamaged
- They are in their original condition, i.e. the packaging, labels, and tags are intact.
- We will only process an exchange within 15 days of receiving the order.
For online exchanges, please follow the below-mentioned steps :
- Email us at care@trends-alley.com.au, mentioning your order number along with the item that you would like to exchange and the item that you would like instead.
- Courier the goods back to us. After you have done so, inform us via email, mentioning the parcel’s tracking number.
- Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it to see if it is resalable and meets the above conditions. If the exchange is approved, we’ll notify you by email.
- We’ll send you the replacement items within seven working days of receiving your package.
- In case of a price difference for the new size/colour, we’ll credit the amount to you according to your initial purchase method. The amount may take a few days to credit to your account.
In this case, the customer will bear the shipping costs for both the returned item and the item sent in exchange by us.
