Our Return / Exchange Policy

To guarantee long-term use of our products, we recommend that you carefully follow the instructions provided in the care card with each product. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be glad to offer you a refund or an exchange.

Return / Exchange of Faulty Products

If the product you received is faulty or different from the one you ordered, please email us at care@trends-alley.com.au or send us a WhatsApp message at +61 450 178 321. Trends Alley offers a free returns period of 60 days after receipt of the order. We will gladly pay your money back or replace the product, no questions asked.

Simply follow the steps below:-

  • Please mention in your email or message your order number, details of the fault and supporting images.
  • Courier the goods back to us. Once received, we will send you an email confirmation.
  • In case of a refund, we’ll pay you back according to your initial purchase method. Depending on your banking service provider, it may take a few days for the credit to show in your account.
  • In case of an exchange, we’ll send you a replacement within 7 working days.

Standard shipping costs for the exchange / return of faulty products shall be borne by us. All you have to do is email or WhatsApp to us a copy of the courier slip showing the charges and we will adjust it in your account.

A Change of Mind – No Problem!

If you have changed your mind and would like a different color or size, we will be happy to replace it for you subject to the following conditions:-

  • The items are unused and undamaged
  • They are in their original condition i.e. the packaging, labels and tags are in-tact.
  • You are able to provide proof of purchase
  • An exchange request will only be processed if received within 15 days of the customer receiving the order.

For exchanges, please follow the below mentioned steps:-

  • Mention your order number in your email or WhatsApp message along with the item that you would like to exchange and the item that you would like instead.
  • Courier the goods back to us. After you have done so, inform us via email or message mentioning the parcel’s tracking number and attaching the proof of purchase.
  • Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it to see if it is in a resaleable condition. If the exchange is approved, we’ll notify you by email.
  • We’ll send you the replacement item within 7 working days of receiving your package.
  • In case of a price difference for the new size / color, we’ll credit the amount to you according to your initial purchase method. The amount may take a few days to credit to your account.

In this case, the shipment cost of returned items will be borne by the customer.
